White-label shortlists for boutique recruiting agencies

A shortlist your client can act on.

Five to ten candidates. A reason for each. The evidence behind each one. Send one link and a PDF under your agency’s name, not ours.

No sales deck. One live role, 3 free shortlists, no call required.

Liang ChenRecommended first

Staff Software Engineer · Northwind Pay · Amsterdam

Why this person

Ran the ledger migration at Northwind Pay and cut reconciliation time in half.

The evidence
“We cut the reconciliation window from six hours to twenty minutes.”interview notes
What to ask next

How did the team decide what to keep synchronous?

4 weeks’ noticeEU work authorization

Most shortlists make the client do the work.

A name and a title are not a recommendation. The client still has to open every CV, guess why this person is here, and ask the same first question on every call.

Evidence, not adjectives

Every claim sits next to the line it came from. The client can see what the person actually did, not how well they interview on paper.

Your brand on every page

Your agency name, your color, your email. Fount stays invisible on the client page and in the PDF.

One link, no login

The client opens a page, reads, forwards it internally, or downloads the PDF. No account, no password, no portal.

Pilot program · three agencies

Use Fount on one live role.

We are looking for three boutique agencies to pilot Fount on a real search. We will set up the first shortlist with you over email, then get out of the way and watch where it saves time, and where it does not.

01
A real role

Bring one open search and the candidates you have already spoken to.

02
We build the first shortlist with you

Your evidence, your reasons, your client's page. We do not source or screen.

03
Then you tell us what worked

Three free shortlists. A direct line to the builder. If it does not help, say so.

From notes to a client-ready shortlist in one sitting.

It fits the work an agency already does, without another database to maintain.

Put the shortlist together

Add the people you have already spoken to. Each row holds the role, the evidence, and the practical facts your client asks for first.

Write the case for each person

Why this person, what to ask next, and a note only your team sees. You review every candidate before anything goes out.

Send one link

Publish a white-label page and a matching PDF. The client link works for seven days. A new version gets a new link.

What the client sees

A document your client can read in one pass.

The client page is built to be read on a phone or in a meeting. It carries your agency’s identity and nothing about how Fount works.

Evidence
Each candidate carries the quotes that support the recommendation.
Judgment
A written reason for every candidate, plus the question to ask next.
Practical detail
Notice period and work authorization where you have them.
Your identity
Your agency name, color, and contact email. Fount does not appear.
No contact details
Candidate email and phone never appear on the client page or PDF.
Your sign-off
Nothing publishes until you have reviewed every candidate and written the reason for each.

Questions

Before you send your first one.

Is Fount an ATS?

No. Fount sits after your sourcing and screening. It is the shortlist layer you hand to a client, not the system where you store every candidate relationship.

Does Fount source candidates?

No. You bring the people you have already spoken to. Fount helps you turn what you know into a shortlist the client can read and act on.

What happens after seven days?

The client link expires. Your shortlist stays in your workspace. Publishing again creates a new version and a new link.

Will my client know it’s Fount?

No. The client page and PDF carry your agency’s name, color, and contact email. Fount is not displayed.

Can I download the shortlist as a PDF?

Yes. Every published shortlist can be downloaded as a PDF with the same branding and content as the client page.

Use Fount on one live role.

Three free shortlists for each pilot agency. No sales deck, no credit card, no client login.
